3Pl Receiving Manager Pm Shift

Responsibilities:

• Manage the receivals portion of the warehouse during the afternoon shift.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 7-8 people, ensuring safe handling procedures are followed and productivity and efficiency standards are upheld.
• Assisting with unloading inbound deliveries
• Check incoming loads for damaged or missing items upon receiving.
• Receive process and transfer stock according to company procedures.
• Implement training where needed within the team.

 
Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in a leadership role within warehousing and logistics ( 3PL Preferred )
• Experience in FMCG ( Fast-Moving Consumer Goods )
• Strong experience with WMS
• Drive to improve, independent, goal-oriented and initiative to get there.
• Proven history of improving operational and financial performance
• Strong leadership skills
