FRV are currently recruiting two (2) - HR Systems Implementation Project Managers (PM).
The HR Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for leading the SAP Success Factors transformation project.
The HR Tactical Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of HR Tactical projects for FRV.
Both are 12 month fixed term appointments.
These Project Manager positions are as diverse as they are united and have been established to curate from the end-to-end process and to provide project management services across the full project life cycle, from initiation to implementation and transition, including monitoring and reporting.
PM roles will provide project management services across the full project life cycle, from initiation to implementation and transition, including monitoring and reporting.
As a PM you will manage the risk, quality, and progress of ICT projects, ensuring the projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.
Crucially both PM roles (Tactical and Transformation) form different ends of the projects will support the HRIS and Rostering Program Manager in delivering the HR Systems Program of Work
About You
You possess experience in successfully managing end to end ICT projects. During your career you have demonstrated applicable comprehension of waterfall or agile project methodologies and associated change and financial management disciplines.
Having experience working similarly in businesses where you have led and driven project management standards, principles and methodology (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) across all aspects of the project management life cycle.
You have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, you are an adept time and process manager with broad experience delivering HR Systems Implementations form start to completion.
Your responsibilities include but can extend to managing the project scope, quality, schedule, budget and benefits. And you will track and report on project risks, dependencies and assumptions, and develop moderation and resolution plans.
Further, you will be involved in developing initiatives for the continuous improvement of all aspects of project implementation, risk and project impact. Your contribution to the development and the adoption of new technologies within the ICS Projects team, to improve the delivery of other projects is high on your task list.
To be considered for this position, your credentials should include:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional / business experience
- SAP Success Factors Certifications are highly desirable
- Certification in a Project Management methodology (PRINCE2 or PMBOK) is highly desirable
- AIPM RegPM Certification is highly desirable
