Technical Operations Manager

We are looking to hire an Technical Operations Manager, to work closely with our clients to build relationships and provide solutions. Immediate Starters!

Key Responsibilities

• Provides support and build strong relationships with the customer’s operational teams.
• Be the escalation point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and an analysis after the resolution.
• Lead the operational section of the quarterly business review, building trust and providing a point of view.
• Understand the customer business requirements and aligns them to the right services.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Min 5 years of working experience.
• Excellent presentation skills, be comfortable with presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proven skills in incident and problem management
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and work under pressure.
• ITIL or project management certifications a plus
• Strong understanding of technology, networking technologies and services; with Cisco products highly preferred
