Responsibilities:
- Manage the receivals portion of the warehouse during the afternoon shift.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 7-8 people, ensuring safe handling procedures are followed and productivity and efficiency standards are upheld.
- Assisting with unloading inbound deliveries
- Check incoming loads for damaged or missing items upon receiving.
- Receive process and transfer stock according to company procedures.
- Implement training where needed within the team.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a leadership role within warehousing and logistics ( 3PL Preferred )
- Experience in FMCG ( Fast-Moving Consumer Goods )
- Strong experience with WMS
- Drive to improve, independent, goal-oriented and initiative to get there.
- Proven history of improving operational and financial performance
- Strong leadership skills
