Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support sales with data analysis, conceptual design, and technical clarifications.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications from the conceptual design.
- Act as the main engineering contact, manage progress reporting, and address technical risks.
- Support APAC projects, ensure safety standards, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Promote continuous learning and standardize solutions, tools, documents, and processes.
- Conduct site assessments and gather requirements to design custom automation solutions.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide training and support on warehouse automation technologies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse processes through automation.
Requirements
- Project delivery experience across ASRS essential.
- Strong engineering experience within the automation industry.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in warehouse environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
