The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative support and marketing services while constantly demonstrating initiative. We are seeking someone committed, loyal and enthusiastic that can work both in a team and autonomously. Monday - Friday, you will be responsible for:

• Manage the coordination and placement of advertising and marketing in newspapers
• Property marketing including photography and preparation of floor plans
• Manage inquiries from both vendors and purchases
• Organising building/pest control inspectors 
• Auction preparation and attendance
• Manage the exchanging of contracts and oversee all exchanges 
• Ad hoc administration
• Prepare appraisal kits

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in Real Estate - 3 months minimum is OK!
• Immaculately presented and well groomed
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Must have a passion for Real Estate
• Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment
