This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join the most innovative market leaders and premier real estate agencies rapidly expanding throughout the Eastern Suburbs. The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative support and marketing services while constantly demonstrating initiative. We are seeking someone committed, loyal and enthusiastic that can work both in a team and autonomously. Monday - Friday, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the coordination and placement of advertising and marketing in newspapers
- Property marketing including photography and preparation of floor plans
- Manage inquiries from both vendors and purchases
- Organising building/pest control inspectors
- Auction preparation and attendance
- Manage the exchanging of contracts and oversee all exchanges
- Ad hoc administration
- Prepare appraisal kits
- Previous experience in Real Estate - 3 months minimum is OK!
- Immaculately presented and well groomed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Must have a passion for Real Estate
- Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment
- Monday - Friday Position
- Needs a Certificate of Registration
