Permanent Sales Administrator role - based in Chipping Norton - Start as soon as possible Your new company
This growing wholesale business is currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team based in Chipping Norton.
Your new role
Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Inbound calls
- Providing quotes
- Following up quotes
- Making check-in calls to previous customers
- Supporting the Sales reps
- Data entry into an ERP system
- Maintenance of the database
- Some face-to-face customer interaction
- Working hours are 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
- Full time working from the office
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Good customer service skills
- Accuracy and good attention to detail in terms of data entry
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and via email
- Competitive salary - 70,000 - $85,000 plus Super depending on experience
