Pharmabroker Sales is one of Australia's largest suppliers of OTC consumer products to the pharmacy channel. We are a preeminent pharmacy sales team with a diverse portfolio of clients with over $½ Billion in brands under management, many of which you would have in your house right now and many more you have grown up with such as Colgate, Energizer and Banana Boat.
What would I be doing in this job?
- Sending orders via EDI from our database to the pharmacy wholesalers daily and following up on any reported issues
- Help maintain the inhouse sales database with new information as supplied.
- Run reports from the inhouse sales database and upload them to the web for the team & clients to view.
- General ad hoc administrative duties that always seem to pop up from time to time.
- You could pretty much count on every day being different from the next

Have you got the goods?
You have strong Microsoft office skills, you're a quick learner and like to learn new systems and industries. There is significant on the job training.
You may have recently finished school, or university and now be wondering what to do next? Alternatively, you might already be in a similar role and wanting a change.
You like working in a small work group and don't need someone standing over your shoulder telling you how things must be done. You like to be told or shown and then left to do the job and will seek advice if you have a question.
You have a high attention to detail and your verbal and written communication skills of a high standard.

The role is located in a new office environment in Ryde with onsite parking and a short stroll to Top Ryde shopping centre.
