Due to growth within their business, they are looking for a Sales Administrator/ Executive Assistant to join their team. They have an incredible team culture and provide consistent training and will provider you with plenty of support.
What your day would look like:
- Coordinating advertising and marketing for properties
- Assisting the Sales Team with marketing
- Organising sales meetings and preparing associated materials
- Supporting property inspections and auctions.
- Ensuring accurate documentation control for sales and leases
- Coordinating with third parties such as valuers and inspectors for smooth sales progression
- Upholding professional and ethical standards in line with industry and company practices
- Organsing office events and travel arrangements for directors
- Managing deposits, settlements, and database updates
- Maintaining compliance records and supporting office administration
- Previous Sales or Real Estate Administration experience
- Valid Certificate of Registration
- Car and License
- Be well presented and a strong communicator
