What You'll DoWorking as part of a close-knit team, as a Sales Administrator you will support internal and external customers with the creation of quotations and sales orders, as well as providing post-sale support to meet strict regulatory requirements. Ensuring a quality experience is delivered to our customers, this position will work within a dynamic environment and support our team to meet our Service Level Agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
Create sales proposals in Aristocrat’s quoting tool, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics AX
Liaise daily with Business Development Executives (BDE's) to review and maintain sales opportunities
Ensure quote proposals requirements are accurate and processed in a timely manner
Work with the Customer Liaison team to ensure post-sales processes are followed and completed within strict timeframes
Be a team player - participate in daily stand-up discussions and communicate current workload
Be up to date with current sales promotions, products, and compliance
Follow process guides to ensure accurate data entry to minimise customer impact.
Ensure customer information is accurate and maintained in Salesforce
Experience in a sales support and or customer service role
Experience with Customer Relation Management (CRMs), Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics AX would be highly regarded
Computer Literate with proficient knowledge of MS Office
Previous exposure working within a gaming or technical environment would be beneficial
Exceptional organisational and time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to be highly adaptable while maintaining a positive attitude
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and over the phone
The ability to build good rapport and relationships with internal and external customers
Please note this role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our office in Newcastle, you will have the flexibility to work in the office and from home.
