Sales Administrator

The Role:

• Monday – Friday
• Working closely with a high performing sales team
• Marketing ‘For Sale’ properties online
• Social media marketing
• Co-ordinate and attend all appointments for marketing
• Prepare ‘Just Listed’ & ‘Just Sold’ Templates/Letters
• Prepare and update pre-listing kits
• Uploading properties online
• Office & brand marketing
• Organising gifts and communications during sales process Ad hoc administration tasks
• Assisting in the Exchanges & Settlements
• Ad hoc admin duties

The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• A good attitude!
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
