Form of workOMC Burgers & Bar is an Australian owned and operated burger restaurant located in Gregory Hills, Southwest Sydney. This well established and very busy restaurant is looking for an experienced full time cook to work temporary.This position is available from 1 March 2024.
We are searching for a passionate, driven, hardworking Grill Chef that can take full responsibility for their sections and work closely with other team members.
What you will bring to the role:
• Ability to take ownership of your section and exceed expectations
• Ability to be able to work in a fast pace environment
• High attention to detail and passionate about quality produce
• At least 2 year experience in a similar role.
• Monitoring food safety and hygiene practices to highest level
• Ability to work with and improve an established kitchen team
• Need full working availability including weekend
