Troocoo are proud to be assisting a valued Government client in the recruitment of multiple A02 Customer Experience Officers.
Full-time contracts, Mon - Fri | 18th March - 3rd May (extension potential) | South Bank location | $36.45 p/hour + super | must be available ASAP.
The Roles
These roles will be providing the first point of customer contact, assisting with enrolment enquiries, requests and transactions. The positions will operate within a high volume environment and will be required to provide high quality customer service in either a face-to-face or phone-based capacity.
Important Details
- You must be available ASAP - interviews will be held either this Friday (08.03) or next Tuesday (12.03) if you are shortlisted.
- You must be available to work full-time (Mon - Fri).
- You must be available for the contract duration.
- Experience within customer service (retail) either face-to-face or call centre is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Punctuality, attendance and adherence to the contract is of utmost importance.
