Key Responsibilities:
Follow reasonable directions to maintain business continuity during unplanned disruptions, including disasters or events.
Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism, managing customer inquiries, service requests, applications, and transactions across various service delivery channels.
Ensure documents adhere to Information Privacy Act legislative requirements regarding the collection and removal of personal information.
Maintain documentation in accordance with record management practices and standards stipulated by Legal Services.
Assist the Team Leader in mentoring and coaching less experienced staff, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
About You
Current "C" class drivers licence – Required
Experience in customer service or records management roles in a large and diverse organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level customer interaction skills.
Skills in administration, cashiering, and computing
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Desirable Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in administration
Minimum 2 years' experience in quality assessment, coaching, or training
Working knowledge of relevant legislation, local laws, and policy/procedure
Justice of the Peace (JP Qual) or Commission of Declarations
