As a Customer Experience Officer, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring EDA continues to deliver the exceptional Customer Experiences, while achieving continual improvement across systems, process, policy and more! We're flexible with where this role is located!
As a Customer Experience Officer, polo you will:
- Enable our customer remediation through triaging, investigating, fixing and contacting customers
- Manage our internal dispute resolution (IDR) process
- Maintain and update business processes
- Collate and maintain document changes and 1%er suggestions
- Coordinate and complete user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Monitor social media and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Provide administration support
