The position is 24 hours per week over 3 days. The clinic is open between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and the working days are Wednesday to Friday.
Medical reception experience is preferred but not essential. We adore our patients and want them to have an exceptional experience throughout their entire clinic experience, therefore customer service experience is essential.
About the Role
+ Greeting patients and handling incoming calls in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
+ Scheduling and confirming appointments and assisting practitioners to ensure appointments run smoothly
+ Updating and managing patient information database
+ Receipting, daily bank reconciliation and invoicing
+ Liaising closely with patients and practitioners
+ Maintain the reception area and treatment rooms as required
+ Provide support to the medical and administration team as required
About you
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Caring, compassionate and vibrant personality
+ Able to prioritise workload and work autonomously
+ Have meticulous attention to detail
+ Self-motivated and take pride in your work
+ Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
+ Strong computer skills and proficiency with Google Drive
+ Experience with or wiling to learn Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Workcover, and private health fund billing
+ Previous experience or willing to learn software programs Cliniko, Physitrack, and Slack.
