Our client is an  established Queensland state Department,  with a focus on looking after the community.  A rare opportunity for an A03 HR Administration Officer has become available.

Your new role 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing HR administrative services to all employees in relation to the employee lifecycle
• Responding to HR and recruitment enquiries in a timely manner
• Creating and updating employment contracts
• Providing induction for new employees
• Keeping the HR related databases up to date
• Assisting with recruitment activities

What you'll need to succeed 

To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following :

• Previous experience within an HR Administrative role
• A strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
• Be systems savvy and proficient in MS office, as well as having used payroll software and learning management systems software
• A strong customer service focus and ability to work in a team and autonomously
