Your new role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR administrative services to all employees in relation to the employee lifecycle
- Responding to HR and recruitment enquiries in a timely manner
- Creating and updating employment contracts
- Providing induction for new employees
- Keeping the HR related databases up to date
- Assisting with recruitment activities
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following :
- Previous experience within an HR Administrative role
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
- Be systems savvy and proficient in MS office, as well as having used payroll software and learning management systems software
- A strong customer service focus and ability to work in a team and autonomously
