Pay Rate: $62/hr+ super.
Assignment: until December 2024, 36.25 hours per week, Mon - Fri
Maxima's Recruitment Services is currently seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Project Support Officerwith our esteemed State Government client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with comms and Digital Solutions staff to ensure seamless app release.
- Image Sourcing & Enhancements: Collaborate to enrich app content with species images and interface improvements.
- Gather feedback for app enhancements and work with Digital Solutions staff for implementation.
- Provide user assistance and troubleshoot issues post-release.
- Collect feedback and contribute to project reports.
- Proactively address challenges and escalate when necessary.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Navigate various digital platforms and applications.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within SE QLD region and potentially statewide.
- Class C Driver's License: Current possession required.
- Previous experience in project communication preferred.
