ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This Local Council is located South of the Sydney CBD. They are on a hunt to find a Building Surveyor that holds an unrestricted accreditation to join their team for an immediate start. Become a pivotal player to assisting their team with the delivery of numerous projects, which are both commercial and residential.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Building Surveyor, your role will involve frequent communication with both internal and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of projects. This is an initial 6 month part-time contract with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance.
DUTIES.

• Issue OC, CC, BIS and CDCs for all classes of buildings
• Conduct site and building inspections
• Provide written referrals and stakeholder consultation
• Enforce safety and building standards

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Qualifications in building surveying or other related discipline
• Accreditation as an A1 Certifier
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of the EPA and BCA
