Our diverse fleet includes the A321, A330, B737, and B767, catering to the varied requirements of our domestic and international freight operations. Recent fleet enhancements, including two converted A330 freighters, significantly boost our capacity, allowing us to transport up to 50 tonnes of freight per flight. By the end of this year, our fleet will expand to seven A321s, further augmenting our operational capabilities. As we phase out our B737 and B767 fleets this year as part of our ongoing modernisation efforts, Qantas Freight remains steadfast in delivering efficient, reliable, and cost-effective freight solutions to our clientele, underscoring our commitment to innovation and growth in the industry.About the PositionAs the A321 Training Manager, you play a pivotal role in Qantas Freight (EFA)'s operational success, especially with the imminent addition of three A321 aircraft by year's end, expanding our fleet to a total of seven. Your primary responsibility is to lead and manage training and checking activities for the Airbus A321, contributing directly to the efficiency and safety of our operations.You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing training programs and policies, ensuring adherence to standards for line operations, endorsements, recurrent training, remedial training, and re-familiarisation programs across our A321…
