Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Knowledge & Capability, the Capability Manager is responsible for ensuring an effective end to end training program is available for Fund Services.
The Capability Manager will be responsible for the scope, design and development of training and induction modules for services teams and delivery of modules as required. They will also be responsible for implementing training delivery methods that will engage and meet diverse teams and provide optimal individual and member experience outcomes.
The role scope will include oversight of external partner contact centre services.
What you'll need
- Deep knowledge of Learning/Training principles and methodologies
- Prior experience building and implementing a training program from a Greenfields state.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
- Strong analytic and decision-making skills
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills including the use of presentation tools (ie. Powerpoint).
