We are potentially looking for an assistant Property Manager stepping up, or a real estate admin/receptionist taking that next step!

You will be working under an experienced Senior Property Manager with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience (10+ years in the industry) , working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30 pm, w/ 1 in 6 Saturdays or less!
JOB DUTIES:
- Work under a Property Manager, helping them with workload (Training Provided)
- Learning to do condition reports and inspections, compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with tenants and owners, and using PropertyMe systems

WHATS ON OFFER:
- Salary of $65,000-$70,000 + Super (With commissions available)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required)
- Property Management Experience or real estate experience / knowledge (not essential)
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills
