SalaryAn exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Aboriginal andTorres Strait Islander Advanced Health Worker to join the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Services Team at the Bundaberg Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 200,000 residents including several rural communities.

Eligible Applicants who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent or temporary greater than 12 months employment may receive up to $20,000 incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme ( https://www.healthycareers.health.qld.gov.au/attraction-incentives )

- To enhance the health and well being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the Bundaberg Hospital through the provision of high quality, culturally appropriate services focused on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health.
- To perform this role, it is essential that the person who holds the position be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 that applicants are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $86,646 p.a., comprising salary between $71,020 - $75,914 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HW4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
