Wow Stay, a leading holiday accommodation provider in the Gold Coast, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accommodation and Hospitality Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our growing portfolio of properties. You will oversee all aspects of guest services, revenue management, housekeeping, maintenance, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations, front desk operations, and guest inquiries.
• Implement and uphold guest service standards that exceed expectations.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs for our apartments.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff across all departments (excluding outsourced housekeeping).
• Oversee basic accounting procedures and departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Australian legislation and regulations.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing reservations, front desk operations, and guest services.
• Strong understanding of accommodation maintenance and guest needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite AND HOSPITALITY management software (preferred).
• A commitment to upholding high standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Salary:

AUD$70,000 per annum
