This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Broker to join AB Phillips’ exciting growth trajectory in Victoria and be part of a growing team based in our Moorabbin office.

As Account Broker you will assist and work closely with your Senior Broker on a diverse portfolio of existing clients ranging from SME to Corporate. This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to grow their insurance career in a challenging, fast paced and collaborative environment. 

So, who are you?

You’re a results driven and focused Account Broker who:

• Has Tier 2 in Insurance Broking (essential)
• Has Tier 1 in Insurance Broking (desirable)
• Has well-developed communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
• Has the ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct management
• Takes a consultative approach to all dealings where required
• Holds diplomatic, empathetic and tolerant attributes
• Possesses high levels of personal and professional integrity and confidentiality
• Is passionate about providing quality service that supports and develops others
• Displays a lead by example approach and has initiative and drive to self-motivate and motivate others
