AddressDark Horse Capital a highly successful investment company based in Melbourne is seeking a Mortgage Broker with extensive residential and commercial lending experience to join their team.
This role is to specifically work with our sister wealth management company to assist their clients with their lending needs.
They have over 1000 active clients with no current lending support.
The role will be to integrate themselves as the mortgage specialist and work with the advisors to generate referrals to their clients.
A strong ability to adapt to becoming a part of an existing team and get up to speed rapidly and effectively.
This semi-autonomous role allows a lot of flexibility and self-motivation, you will manage the loan process from start to finish and simultaneously provide a premium customer experience.
Interpersonal skills are a vital part of this role,

About the role:
- Manage the customer relationship and home loan process from initial contact right through to settlement.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Adhere to all responsible lending frameworks, policies and company protocols.
About You:
- 2 plus years as a high volume Mortgage Broker in both residential and commercial lending.
- Full clean license and own presentable car essential.
- Full credentials and compliance as a broker.
- Understands the loan process from top to bottom and able to work comfortably with all levels of lenders.
- Resilient, positive attitude towards work.
- Willing to go the extra mile to get loans settled on time with a great experience for the client.
- Be hungry for results.
