Brokerhouse is a team of dedicated finance professionals who operate successful Mortgage and Finance Broking practices in Bendigo, Echuca and Shepparton servicing the North Central Victoria and Goulburn Valley regions. We are looking to expand our team with positions available in both our Bendigo and Echuca offices.
Qualifications & experience
- Finance broking or similar experience would be an advantage
- If not held, then a preparedness to undertake the study to attain a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Brokering Management
- Experience in dealing with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders whilst providing exceptional customer service
- Strong relationship skills and excellent networking skills, keeping new business front of mind
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation and decision making skills
- General understanding of banking services and products
- High attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work flexible hours
- Current Driver's Licence
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working with clients to satisfy their personal finance needs, this role will require you to service the large existing database and leads generated by yourself and the business
- Developing lending opportunities with a diverse range of clients from the existing database
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients and referral partners
- Identifying cross selling opportunities for all Brokerhouse services
- Preparing, managing and submitting finance applications
- Maintaining the internal database
