The role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead, guide and nurture a high performing team to deliver great campaigns. Your primary role is to be Client Lead day to day, driving implementation planning and buying across both offline and online. Exciting part of this role will include new business pitches to help drive growth as well as working on innovative communication or creative briefs with other departments. 
  
You?

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a media agency with strong planning and implementation background in both offline and online
• A desire to create an amazing working "team" culture and natural leader
• The gravitas/presence/ambition to work with senior clients
