At present, the organisation boasts a workforce exceeding 650 professionals spanning Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand. Additionally, the company maintains a presence in Japan and China, with its central hub situated in Melbourne, Australia.
 
The Role

• Manage bar code changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across products.
• Address changing and invoice issues resolved promptly to maintain financial integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal issues upon product arrival at any retail outlet.
• Participate in the successful launch of new products, coordinating efforts across departments.
• Work closely with premium product lines within the sector, collaborating with retail brands and tier one businesses.
• Provide dedicated support to the National Business Manager in managing tier one client relationships.
• Foster strong and lasting relationships with tier one and smaller retail outlet clients, consistently delivering exceptional service.
• Handle discussions around new product introductions, promotional items, pricing negotiations, and proposal rejections in a professional and concise manner.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock management to optimise product availability.

Skills & Experience

• 2-3 year’s experience within a sales environment
• A background in automotive or the outdoors and leisure industry would be preferable otherwise manufacturing and retail.
• Details and administration driven.
• Ideally a background within selling a physical product or a potential retail background.
