The Role
- Manage bar code changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across products.
- Address changing and invoice issues resolved promptly to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal issues upon product arrival at any retail outlet.
- Participate in the successful launch of new products, coordinating efforts across departments.
- Work closely with premium product lines within the sector, collaborating with retail brands and tier one businesses.
- Provide dedicated support to the National Business Manager in managing tier one client relationships.
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with tier one and smaller retail outlet clients, consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Handle discussions around new product introductions, promotional items, pricing negotiations, and proposal rejections in a professional and concise manner.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock management to optimise product availability.
- 2-3 year’s experience within a sales environment
- A background in automotive or the outdoors and leisure industry would be preferable otherwise manufacturing and retail.
- Details and administration driven.
- Ideally a background within selling a physical product or a potential retail background.
- Growth and exposure to tier one clients.
- Work with premium brands within the automotive space.
