You have an in-depth understanding of and passion for sports supplements as well as excellent sales skills/acumen, charisma, energy and emotional intelligence. You experience in customer service and are skilled at nurturing relationships.
You are a natural doer, and you thrive on working both collaboratively and autonomously.
About the role
Reporting to the Director of Sales, your accountabilities will include:
- Generating sales for a portfolio of retail supplement/nutrition stores and gym accounts
- Building and maintaining the relationships with your account portfolio
- Assisting with the processing orders and taking payments from our accounts
- Delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis
- Working closely with the senior sales team to implement strategic sales campaigns
- Assisting with marketing and retail store promotional activations to encourage sales growth and development
- Helping to maintain sales and communication records
- Liaising with our 3rd party warehouse.
