There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel - the international payroll and compliance market leader.Key Responsibilities:Represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customersBuild and develop relationships with prospects and customers to create opportunities for cross and upselling.Researching, and qualifying client requirements to seek new solutions and meet their needsWorking closely with our SDR team, strategizing and maintaining an accurate healthy pipelineOngoing communication and relationship building with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success and Senior LeadershipEnsure CRM system is well maintained and updatedAttend industry events in person building relationships in the HR Tech/FinTech, Payroll ecosystemExperienced Required:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Account Executive, managing SME accountsMust have proven experience working in a fast past B2B sales environmentHighly personable and holds great communication skills in order to successful gain client buy-inA quick and forward thinker capable of conveying complex conversations around payroll and complianceEnjoys playing a numbers game, driven to successfully hit and exceed targetsIdeally has worked in HR/Fintech, Payroll, Recruitment/HR previouslySelf-starter, who is highly motivated and experienced working remotelyTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
