About the Role
- Create, develop, drive and manage a business plan, for assigned territory, focused on account growth and account acquisition
- Refine and execute a business plan to meet or exceed assigned targets
- Develop and implement strategic account plan for key accounts, communicating effectively with the wider Data#3 team
- Engage Data#3 marketing team and Data#3 solution owners to develop business in assigned sales territory
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer industries/government agencies
- Lead and manage large-scale tenders and proposals
- Own customer issues independently, and collaboratively, to devise solutions to solve complex deal challenges
- Take responsibility for the overall commercial (and contractual) relationship for engagements
- Identify new opportunities for Line of Business offerings outside goaling, facilitate engagement with peers and optimise the opportunity for successful sales
- Focus on account retention, growth and acquisition
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the customer's vertical
What we are looking for:
- Proven skills growing existing and new business, meeting or exceeding business objectives and targets
- Demonstrated track record building and maintaining customer relationships in market (at various levels), Public Sector preferred
- Ability to influence customers to adopt and consume Microsoft products
- Ability to comprehend complex Microsoft modelling options
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining vendor relationships
- Business Development experience is essential
- Services and solutions selling highly desirable however not mandatory
