Account Intern

Job Title: Account InternLocation: New South Wales, Australia (Onsite)Duration: Part-time (3 days per week)Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Account Intern. The ideal candidate will possess basic to intermediate-level skills and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with account management tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes within the department.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Certification in accounting or related areas is a plus.
