We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Executive or Account Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for providing high level account management support and have a solid understanding of retail operations and logistics functions. The ideal candidate is someone with their finger on the pulse and is quick and efficient, being a step ahead and understands the ever-changing world of beauty and retail. Responsibilities
Some of your duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the General Manager of Sales for Pharmacy and DDS channels
- Providing a key link between Marketing, logistics and Retail departments
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
- Assist with competitor and market trend analysis
- Management of new product launches and existing production transitions
- Support and regularly communicate with our internal and external stakeholders on stock, promotion and distribution queries and updates
- Assist with raising purchase order with suppliers
- Organise and maintain merchandise samples and assist in the pre-production sample process
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
- Champion administrative efficiencies within retail department
- Management of promotional uploads across all customer portals / forms
- Assisting with retail marketing & trade marketing activations across all retailers
- End to end management of retailer consumer comps
- Management of New Line Forms across all retailers
- Champion of external retailer websites, ensuring all are to MCo brand standards
- Management and upkeep of all master files within retail department
- Retail department management of NetSuite, including but not limited to processing orders, downloading sku information, checking stock availability etc
- Assisting with pulling and analysing sales data for each retailer
- Submission of all off location & prepack paperwork to relevant retailers
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG preferred.
- Strong knowledge of products, services, retail operations and logistics within retail or wholesale environments
- Highly organised and driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident with an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Advanced software skills, MS Excel essential
- Strong time management and people skills
- Sales and customer focussed
- Be strong across project management

- Daily scheduling and planning
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly
