ABOUT THE ROLE…
The position of Account Manager will be responsible for an allocated portfolio of clients specialising in commercial assets. The purpose of this role is to ensure a high degree of client satisfaction and maximising renewal and organic growth from each client.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Pro-actively manage the portfolio of clients allocated, maintaining customer rapport through (but not limited to) regular clients visits, driver presentations, presenting quarterly reviews, seeking opportunities to up-sell SG Fleet products where the opportunity arises and maximise the renewal business and organic growth, and support and educate customers with the use of the company's Online and Fleet Reporting tools
- Take ownership of managing the day-to-day fleet management duties ensuring that all activities and requests are answered efficiently and with agreed timelines, ensuring the accurate maintenance and integrity of customer information in the SG Fleet CRM systems
- Meet personal, team and customer KPIs and support the improvement of the Customer's Satisfaction levels
- Support the Client Relationship team with various reports and other tasks focused on delivering agreed customer service standards, and always act as a role model, and coach to other team members across the business
- Support the client implementation process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients assigned
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous solid experience in a customer service role
- High level of business acumen and commercial awareness
- Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite of applications, particularly with MS Excel
- Negotiate effectively with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Strong at resolving complex problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely and effective manner
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress
