About the role
You will be involved in managing an existing portfolio of blue-chip merchandise clients to achieve individual client budgets and objectives.
Strong client management and relationship-building skills are a prerequisite, along with a sales and growth mindset you will provide Marketing Services knowledge(eg. Merchandise); you will be excellent at juggling the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders, work on proactive idea generation, develop creative and innovative solutions and have an ability to cross-sell.
What a day in the life of an Account Manager could look like…
- Attend a virtual client meeting to ideate solutions to their challenges – looking at new business opportunities
- Catch up with Sam in Creative to de-brief on concepts and prepare for the next activation campaign
- Spend time working with your incredible teammates on client budgeting and strategic planning
- Stroll down to the Prahran Market for a mouth-watering Banh Mi
- Head out for a client visit; sharing updates of their program and working through some new ideas for the next campaign
- Complete your daily review of work, and re-allocate any pending items to the list for tomorrow
- Laugh, have fun, inspire and be inspired

- Experience in a similar role - below-the-line knowledge (ideally with promotional merchandise), B2B
