Due to an internal promotion Chilli FM & LAFM are on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager to join the dynamic sales team. If you are passionate about creating innovative advertising sales solutions and connecting businesses to our highly engaged audiences, then you’ll probably be excited about the prospect of making a positive impact and this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About The Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the face of our brands in the local direct market. Your responsibilities will span the management of existing client relationships, as well as the cultivation of new business. Additionally, you'll help in shape our brands through close collaboration with various internal and external teams.
- Generate advertising sales revenue through the presentation of advertising strategies for local businesses.
- Achieve set monthly sales targets.
- Represent the radio brand to current advertisers.
- Successfully prospect and secure additional advertisers to the radio brand.
- Work well in a team with the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or media is desirable.
- Demonstrate passion for sales and advertising, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics.
- Be able to work autonomously with exceptional time management skills, enabling you to multitask and deliver bespoke advertising campaigns for clients.
- Proven track record of fostering long-term business relationships and delivering tangible results.
- A proactive approach to professional development, coupled with an insatiable appetite for growth.
- You will be a people person, with fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
