About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to join the growing team on a fixed term (up to 12 months), full time basis.
Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities. Your industry experience and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs, will ensure you are successful in this role. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Asset Manager you will be responsible for Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs
- Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
- Provide professional property management services to a portfolio of clients
- Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients
- Preparing and managing budgets and business plans and reporting to clients
- Regular property inspections to ensure the highest level of presentation
- Managing capital projects on behalf of the client
- Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
- Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will:
- Have previous experience as a Commercial Asset Manager
- Have a Property Representative Licence (or have the ability to get one soon)
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
- Bee smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
