The Role:
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is now available for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team in the position of Account Manager. This role will involve growing, expanding and developing new business opportunities specific to the insurance market and increasing existing sustainable and profitable business opportunities.
This position can be based out of our Melbourne or Sydney office.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Local & interstate travel, as required
- Co-ordinate & attend regular face to face meetings
- Attend business conferences and Exhibitions to promote our business
- Compile and present company information to stakeholders
- Act as the single point of contact for clients
- Work thoughtfully to identify, clarify & exceed client expectations
- Ensure commitments & promises are fully supported & delivered
- Guarantee the accuracy of all monthly business reporting
- At all times act as an ambassador & role model for the businesses
- Develop ongoing liaison with key stakeholder clients
- Analyse the needs of the customers to identify areas where services can be improved
- Seek out new business development opportunities to facilitate growth

- Account management experience highly regarded

- Positive & pro-active attitude
