Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team based in Wingfield, South Australia.
About the role:
This field sales position is full time, reporting to the Sales Manager. You will be responsible for promoting the Company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities and generate leads.
- Assist customer queries about products, prices, availability and product uses.
- Start to end management of your customer accounts.
- Review and analyse weekly and monthly reports (call cycles heat maps, sales/gross profit margin data and account profitability).
- Perform administrative duties such as preparing monthly reports, sales proposals, quotes, applications and maintaining call logs and sales records.
- Retaining and grow clientele whilst ensuring the customer experience
All about you:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in a fast paced customer facing environment.
- Prior FMCG and food service experience will be highly regarded.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be efficient with computers including Microsoft Suite.
- Must possess a valid Australian drivers licence.
