Account Manager – 12 month parental leave contract

We are looking for the ultimate problem solver who can think on their feet whilst always keeping the customer at front of mind. Our Account Managers work within our project management team, focusing on the ongoing client management for our customers who are already live with our products. The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Working with your own set of clients, ensuring the success of our partnership with them.
- Undertaking Account Management activities including regular account management calls, management of support issues and being an escalation point for your client.
- Tracking of logged issues and change requests, to ensure delivery aligns with agreed client timeframes.
- Regular communications with your clients relating to product updates and changes.
- Necessary internal communications with the consulting, development and testing teams, to ensure the clients’ needs are being represented.
- Undertaking required reporting around contract compliance.
- Working with peers to best utilise resources shared among projects and tasks
What we’re looking for from you:
- An all-rounder with experience in project work and/or hospital/health systems
- Previous experience in managing customer relationships where a clear understanding of what it means to value and foster positive Client relationships can be demonstrated.
- A mature approach to problem solving and managing competing priorities.
- Someone who is a fast learner with outstanding time management and organisational skills.
- An ability to communicate with people from many backgrounds and levels of experience.

This role would ideally suit someone with an account management background who enjoys the post go-live client management experience. We would strongly encourage those with a projects background, perhaps with experience as a project coordinator, to consider this role, as it could also offer the scope to undertake some project management work.

A remuneration package will be negotiated in line with experience, skills and qualifications. We provide a hybrid approach to our working environment, where our teams spend some days working from home and others together in the office.
