About the Role:

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of SME and mid-market clients. 
• Managing renewals and retention of an existing portfolio
• Negotiating and processing renewals, endorsements
• Providing high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects
• Build and manage relationships with clients and insurers

About You:

• Insurance broking experience
• Solid experience of SME accounts 
• Tier 1 Qualification
• Comfortable with various technology and insurance software
• Client orientated with a genuine desire to support your customers
