Cleanaway is the largest waste management company in Australia.
Within our Industrial & Waste Services business unit, we provide total waste management business solutions to our customers including: industrial cleaning services such as non-destructive digging, concrete demolition, high pressure water blasting, vacuum loading, shutdown services, pipe, drain and tank cleaning, emergency spills response and CCTV. We service industries including infrastructure construction, manufacturing, food, agriculture, chemicals, and oil and gas. We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team based at our Wollongong Branch, NSW.
Your new role
Develop strategic relationship with customers and industry participants and proactively source share of wallet opportunities for Cleanaway’s suite of services
Keep abreast of competitor activity and maintain up to date data base of relevant information
Ensure all reporting is submitted as required including opportunity pipeline, competitor activity and market intelligence
Maintain Sales Pipeline in order to retain & grow customer portfolio value as set through Tender responses & quotes
Ensure CRM (Sales Advantage) is completed accurately, efficiently and within expected timeframes & ensure all customer contracts are stored in Salesforce
Monthly travel required throughout southern NSW
Ability to manage and retain business
Proven business development client relationship building experience in Oil & Gas and Mining or preferrable experience dealing with Petrochemical environments or high risk manufacturing sites.
Work well under pressure, find opportunity and drive business
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
Intermediate MS Office skills
Experience using (CRM) Customer Relationship Management software would be advantageous
Flexible to travel once a month through southern NSW.
