Based in Belmont, our client is an established, West Australian success story. They are looking to appoint an ACCOUNT MANAGER to join their team and assist with the growth of their business.
The good news is that you don’t need any recruitment experience to take up this challenging and rewarding role as full training will be provided. In fact, most of their team came from logistics, manufacturing and engineering backgrounds, prior to joining them.
If you enjoy working with people and delivering a first-class level of customer service, we’ll make sure that you really enjoy and excel in this role. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the casual and contract recruitment process which includes :
- Preparing advertising
- Managing responses from Candidates
- New Candidate Interviews
- Working with contract employees
- Taking and filling order requests from Clients
- Day-to day Account Management
- Site visits and safety reports
As you can see, there is plenty of variety with this role and you’ll be able to develop a valuable skill-set, within one of the fastest growing industry sectors in the world. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate that you enjoy being a team-player. have good literacy skills and have a current WA Drivers License.
