Position: Account Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)
Location: Innaloo, Western Australia (WA)
Evolve Talent is seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to step into a Maternity Leave Cover role and oversee the management and growth of local government accounts in Western Australia.
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local government clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.
About the role:
-Manage and nurture relationships with WA local governments
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services
- Develop account strategies to drive growth
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver on client expectations and ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and provide insights for improvement
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in account management or Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions
- Knowledge of the local government landscape in Western Australia is a plus
