They are now looking for an accomplished Account Manager to continue their growth in the civil sector through a clearly defined Northern Sydney and Central Coast territory.
THE ROLE
Due to our extensive customer base and market share this role will primarily be an account management role in the first 12 to 18 months. You will maintain regular call cycles and establish yourself as the trusted contact for our dealers and direct customers in the region, giving technical and solution oriented advice to deliver sales and increase share of wallet. You also will be able to take challenges from customers back to our engineering team who design bespoke solutions as needed to give even more value to the customer base. As the role evolves there may be some opportunity to look at new customer prospecting but realistically the foundation of the existing customer base is key to the region.
ABOUT YOU
You must have sold an industrial solution into the relevant markets of civil, construction and quarries. Our ideal person has knowledge of earthmoving attachments and Wear Parts however we are very open to talking with people who have sound sales/account management backgrounds and mechanical aptitude such as hydraulics, pneumatics or similar. You must be a team player who enjoys working as the face of the company and knows how to treat the support team.
