At Aurion, our Account Managers have a passion for customer success and empower our community by providing business support to let their people and payroll solutions thrive. As a proactive and strategically driven member of our team, you will work to develop and deliver to our objectives as a business as well as our Customer Account Strategy which extends to the three key areas: retention and growth, customer relationship value and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with our customers by understanding and anticipating strategy and desired operational outcomes
- Manage effective communication between all internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver results aligned to organisational goals while upholding industry and business best practice
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by being a proactive team member focussed on both individual and team results
- Actively seek out pathways for customers to further their journey to continuous improvement
- Collaborate with customers to identify value and operational efficiencies
- Continually communicate the value and opportunities of our people and payroll solutions to assist customers in achieving their business objectives
Skills and experience
- Highly desirable to have prior experience in Account Management across Government, Private Sector, Education or Not-for-profit organisations
- Previous experience in an Account Manager role or similar working with a SaaS product and/or Payroll or HR software would be advantageous
- Advantageous to have a sound operational knowledge of the Aurion solutions and the company/employee lifecycle
- Experience in strategic account planning, Solution or SPIN selling
- Strong attention to detail alongside critical and analytical thinking
- Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication
