The business strategy is to partner with real estate agencies, which entails having partnerships and agreements with agencies to recommend these services to the people they have either rented, or sold a property to.

Position
The completely autonomous position of Western Sydney Account Manager has now become available. The role will see you having the key responsibility of taking over the portfolio of real estate and property management clients throughout the territory.
This account portfolio has been built over the last 6 years and is very well established and therefore your primary responsibility is focussed on the ongoing management of the accounts and ensuring their continuation.
The portfolio is made up of several clients and working autonomously, you will set your schedule to maintain regular contact with each client, whilst always looking for new opportunities to add to your client list.
This is a pure relationship management position, and the successful applicant will benefit from inheriting a very stable client base with guaranteed monthly commissions paid based on simply maintaining the portfolio.
Candidate
This position is completely open to experience from all industries; however it is essential to have a strong business to business sales background where you have worked autonomously in a field sales capacity.
It would also be an advantage to have any form of experience working within the real estate sector, or dealing with real estate agencies in some capacity; this could be sales experience within real estate, or in a sales position dealing with these markets.
Most important is attitude, we are looking for a vibrant, dynamic go-getter who is self-driven and absolutely motivated by success.
