he Account Manager will ensure the implementation of industry-focused and specialised account plans to leverage and/or enhance Adecco's service offerings and capabilities. You will be an expert in marketing, business, technical, and professional skills, with the ultimate responsibility for the success of client relationships.
- Identify and target potential clients.
- Foster and nurture strong client relationships to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Leverage existing client relationships.
- Present custom-tailored recruitment solutions to clients.
- Source, screen, and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Skillfully match candidate skills with client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and facilitate the end-to-end hiring process.
- Ensure post-placement client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on commercial trends to provide informed insights.
- Contribute to evolving business development strategies.
- Meet and exceed specified sales targets in a dynamic environment.
Profile
- Previous experience in sales and business development within recruitment industry is highly desirable.
