1. Strategic Client Relationship:
- Establish and nurture strategic ties with clients, positioning the representative as their essential aide in accomplishing performance goals.
- Foster a bond with clients, mirroring the intimacy shared with internal stream leaders.

2. Performance Focus:

3.Scope Delivery:
- Monitor and ensure the delivery scope’s adherence.
4. Account P&L:
- Vigilantly manage and oversee client budgets.
- Continuously monitor account P&L, ensuring that the client is allocated the apt resources for objective realisation.
- Client Retention: Evaluate the stability and longevity of our client relationships.
- Revenue Retention: Gauge our effectiveness in sustaining or increasing revenue streams from existing clients.
- Revenue expansion: Seek opportunities to gain an increase in the client marketing budget.

- Client Budget Utilisation: Monitor the efficacy of resource allocation in relation to client objectives.
- For each project, we form a team called a Pod - each Pod has a Pod Leader, and 1-2 specialists. That means you're going to work with the Specialists daily.
- This role requires client-facing meetings, with the involvement of the client's Internal Marketing team.

- At least 3 years of experience in professional-client relationship management.
- Previous experience in Account Management/Account Executive/Client Relationships Management in a marketing agency (Agency experience is a MUST).
- Willingness to pick up the phone and proactively engage with clients for effective communication and relationship building.
- Strong understanding of agency challenges and a passion for diving into the details to identify root causes of issues.
- Proven expertise in conducting client meetings, deep-dive sessions, and WIP meetings.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, including SEO and PPC.
- Ability to manage 3-5 medium-large projects simultaneously, with a minimum project duration of 3 months.
- Demonstrable problem-solving and risk reduction skills.
